Your day begins when you arrive at the venue from 10.30am, with the banquet set to engage your tastebuds from 11, complemented by a 3 hour drinks package.
Our team will be manning tables of fresh seafood, including sand crabs, oysters & prawns, and chef-prepared dishes, like Honey & Maple Glazed Baked Ham, Cranberry Glazed & Stuffed Roast Turkey, and Whole Baked Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce.
