$24k Pyramid Promotion Terms & Conditions

General

1.        The $20K Cash Pyramid promotion will commence at 10am on Monday 30^th June 2025 and run until approximately 4.30pm on Sunday 14^th September 2025.

2.        This promotion is open to all current financial members of Rainbow Beach Sports Club.

3.        Members will earn one (1) entry ticket during the promotion with every $20 play (turnover) on the gaming machines with their membership card inserted, or with every $4 spend on food and beverage (where card services are available, and members card is swiped) or a daily swipe at the kiosk at Rainbow Beach Sports Club.

4.        Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period when they meet the entry criteria.

5. Management may elect to offer bonus cash prizes based on members loyalty tier, offer bonus entries into the promotion, &/or bonus entry periods for nominated draw dates at their discretion.

6.       All promotions are conducted using the Max e-draw system, no paper tickets will be issued.

7. Following the major draw on Sunday 14^th September 2025 at approximately 4.30pm, all entries will be deleted and will not be retained for any future promotions.
8. Members will need to validate their tickets within two (2) hours of each draw by:
   1. Swiping their membership card at the kiosk; or
   2. Inserting their card in a gaming machine; or
   3. Using their card when making a food or beverage purchase.
9. The validation time of eligible entries may be changed by the promotional staff anytime throughout the duration of the promotion.
10. Members must be present on the draw days and times to win.

11.      It is the responsibility of eligible members to position themselves within the Club where they can hear the public-addressed announcements.

12.     Winners must present their membership card to the promotion host when claiming their prize. Additional proof of identity may be requested at the discretion of management.

13. Draws will be conducted on the following draw dates during the promotional period:
    1. Sunday 6^th July 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    2. Sunday 13^th July 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    3. Sunday 20^th July 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    4. Sunday 27^th July 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    5. Sunday 3^rd August 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    6. Sunday 10^th August 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    7. Sunday 17^th August 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    8. Sunday 24^th August 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    9. Sunday 31^st August 2025 (Weekly Draw)
    10. Sunday 7^th September (Weekly Draw)
    11. Sunday 14^th September (Major Draw)
14. The maximum total promotional prize pool is $20,000.

 

 

Weekly Draws

15. On each of the above weekly draw dates, a total of five (5) winners will be drawn. One (1) member will be drawn at approximately 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, and 4pm.
16. Each winner selected will select one (1) card from the first level of the gameboard to reveal their guaranteed cash prizes.
17. If the member finds a pharaoh on the selected card, they will then choose a card from the next level of the gameboard, and so on, until they don’t find any pharaohs or reach the top of the gameboard, during their turn.
18. If they reach the top of the gameboard, they will add a guaranteed $300 cash jackpot to their winnings.
19. The gameboard consists of twenty (20) cards spread in five (5) levels, breakdown as follows:
    1. Level 1
       1. Three (3) x $30 with a pharaoh
       2. One (1) x $50 with a pharaoh

• Two (2) x $100 with a pharaoh

1. Level 2
   1. One (1) x $50
   2. One (1) x $50 with a pharaoh

• One (1) x $80 with a pharaoh

1. One (1) x $80
2. One (1) x $100 with a pharaoh

1. Level 3
   1. One (1) x $80
   2. One (1) x $100 with a pharaoh

• One (1) x $100

1. One (1) x $150 with a pharaoh

1. Level 4
   1. One (1) x $80

2. All cards will be shuffled by the promotional host upon from being returned to the gameboard after each draw.
3. Each member drawn will also win an entry ticket into the major draw happening on Sunday 14^th
4. Members can only win a maximum of once (1) per draw day.

23.    Members selected from the electronic draw system have two (2) minutes to claim their prize from the specified draw area. If the selected winner does not present themselves to the promotion host within the two (2) minutes of being announced, they forfeit their claim to the prize and a redraw will take place until an eligible winner is found.

 

 

Major Draw

24. Following the final draw on Sunday 14^th September 2025, if a total of $20,000 (or more) has not been won, any remaining cash up to the $20,000 total will be given away as one (1) cash prize.
25. The major draw will be held after the last preliminary draw on Sunday 14^th
26. Members will be assigned an entry number, based on the order in which they have won a major draw entry ticket during the promotion period.
27. A random number draw (1-55) will be conducted and the member who holds the corresponding major draw entry number, will be deemed the major prize winner and win the remaining cash.
28. Members must be present on the Major Draw day and times to be eligible to win.
29. Member drawn have two (2) minutes to claim their prize from the specified draw area. If the selected member does not present themselves within the two (2) minutes, a redraw will take place until an eligible winner is found.

 

Standard Conditions

1. The promotion is conducted under the guidelines for category 4 promotional games of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
2. Whilst all care will be taken, Rainbow Beach Sports Club will not be responsible for any malfunctions or problems relating to the Max Gaming system or associated software systems.
3. Rainbow Beach Sports Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4. Rainbow Beach Sports Club accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, system failure, theft or destruction and reserves the right to take appropriate action as required any such matters.
5. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, that hinders Rainbow Beach Sports Club’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures or natural disasters, management may in its absolute discretion take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
6. Staff of Rainbow Beach Sports Club are ineligible to enter the promotion.
7. Management will not be liable for any unauthorised use of a member’s membership card.
8. Management reserves the right to change, alter and end the promotion at their discretion.
9. Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Participation in promotions indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
