We are seeking a leader who is adaptable, comfortable being hands-on, working on the floor, as well as solving issues at a high level.

Importantly, we’d like you to be able to demonstrate independent thought, innovation, continuous improvement, business understanding and a team approach.

Skills and results are important, but your natural attitude, positive culture and emotional intelligence will show through when we meet you.

Of course, we would expect you to either hold or be prepared to hold the necessary licensing accreditation for clubs in QLD and this includes RMLV, RSA, RSG, Gaming Nominee and Licensed Manager.
