With the growth and development of our venue and recent amalgamation with the Hervey Bay RSL Group we are now on the lookout for a skilled Duty Manager to join the Rainbow Beach Sports Club on a full time basis.
As a Hervey Bay RSL Group employee, you will be entitled to generous on and off shift staff discounts across all our venues and sporting facilities, including accommodation sites. Immediate start available - must be available days, nights & weekend
- Must have RMLV or willing to obtain prior to employment
- Must have RSA & RSG
- Must have First Aide & CPR or willing to obtain prior to employment
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role highly regarded

We are seeking true hospitality stars, that have the ability to help establish long-term visions for the organisation and also works well with others to achieve positive outcomes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are seeking staff who are adaptable, comfortable being hands-on, working on the floor, as well as solving issues at a high level.
Importantly, we’d like you to be able to demonstrate independent thought, innovation, continuous improvement, business understanding and a team approach.
Skills and results are important, but your natural attitude, positive culture and emotional intelligence will show through when we meet you.
Of course, we would expect you to either hold or be prepared to hold the necessary licensing accreditation for clubs in QLD and this includes RMLV, RSA, RSG, Gaming Nominee and Licensed Manager.
